Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Local Store Marketer to help grow sales and guest loyalty by building strong community relationships and implementing local marketing programs.

The role involves promoting in-house promotions, developing partnerships with local businesses, and supporting public relations efforts to raise brand awareness in the community. Flexible schedules and team-first culture are highlighted as part of the benefit package.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner and management with creating and implementing local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales.
• Promote all Bubba’s 33 in-house promotions.
• Build relationships during business interactions with hotels, radio stations, and other local entities.
• Establish ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position Bubba’s 33 as a community leader and build brand awareness.
• Assist in public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events for Bubba’s 33.
• Communicate regularly with the Managing Partner, management team, and employees about programs, plans, and results.
