Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Local Store Marketer (LSM) to drive local sales by building relationships within the community and increasing guest loyalty.

You'll assist the Managing Partner with local marketing programs, promotions, and events that boost guest counts and check averages. You will foster partnerships with hotels, businesses, and civic groups, coordinate community events, and support PR efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing local store marketing programs to boost loyalty, guest counts, and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, and Gift Cards.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, and media during food and bread runs.
• Establish ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader.
• Assist PR efforts including cooking segments and media events.
• Communicate with leadership about programs, plans, and results.
