Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Local Store Marketer to grow sales and guest loyalty at the local level by building strong community relationships and promoting in-house promotions. The role focuses on creating marketing programs, events, and PR activities that position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader.

The Local Store Marketer will work with the Managing Partner and team to develop and implement initiatives that boost guest counts, spend, and overall brand awareness across our local markets.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with community partners and guest loyalty programs.
• Experience planning and executing local marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with creation and implementation of local store marketing programs to boost guest loyalty and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards).
• Build relationships with businesses, hotels, and radio stations.
• Establish relationships with neighboring retailers and civic groups.
• Develop and execute community events to position the brand as a local leader.
• Support PR efforts including cooking segments and publicity events.
