Job summary

VyTalent Solutions seeks a local contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based role in Logan, West Virginia. The position offers 40 weeks at 35 hours per week, with a 12-hour shift and a pay rate of up to $18.00 per hour.

This full-time local contract is designed for the 2026-2027 school year, supporting students under ABA programs. The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification through the BACB and has experience in school-based or pediatric ABA settings.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students to assist with classroom engagement, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record accurate, real-time behavioral data during instructional and non-instructional activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and BCBAs to maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Assist with skill generalization, daily living routines, and social interaction prompts as outlined in IEP goals.
