Footprint Solutions is hiring a Merchandiser for a part-time role in Owensboro, KY. You will independently service local retail locations, ensure displays meet brand standards, stock shelves, update planograms, and complete audits using a mobile app.

The position offers flexible local scheduling, travel reimbursements, early wage access, and 401(k) matching where eligible. No prior merchandising experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Understand and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations to ensure displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
