Quantum Services Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Grand Rapids, MI area. You will perform precise, digitized stock counts at client sites and work on-site during a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 7:00 AM.

The role involves local route travel up to a 2-hour drive to the first client site, with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and active personal auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Field stock counts: conduct accurate physical inventory audits at client locations.
• Scanner operations: use handheld keypads to scan barcodes and record stock numbers.
• Team collaboration: work with division managers and store personnel to complete audits and share findings.
