Job summary

Quantum Services, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform inventory counts at gas stations and convenience stores. You will travel to 1–3 store locations per day, work on the sales floor, stockroom, coolers and freezers, and carpool with a small team.

Start times typically at 6 AM, with early departures for some locations (as early as 3–4 AM). This full-time, on-road role offers 36–42 hours per week with daily travel, and benefits include medical and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
• Ability to pass background check and MVR screening.
• Lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend and squat.
• Physical work includes frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use and working in coolers/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count inventory using a 10-key device.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Submit inventory reports to store managers.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy across multiple locations.
