Job summary

American Food & Vending is seeking a reliable Refreshment Route Driver to manage a local Houston route, delivering products on schedule and stocking machines at various client sites. The role includes loading/unloading from a box truck and using handheld devices for inventory control and expiration date checks.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 40 lbs, hold a valid Texas driver’s license, and work independently while delivering friendly, professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers and account clientele.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Must pass all DOT requirements including federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on an established local route.
• Load and unload from the box truck to point-of-sale locations.
• Stock products in vending machines, kiosks, micro markets, and beverage stations.
• Use a handheld device to take inventory and verify stock numbers.
