Crystal Clean is seeking Sales & Service Representatives for local routes in Denver. You will be home every night, build relationships with customers, and deliver essential services while driving sales.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $2,000, six months of guaranteed pay at $1,100 per week, and a comprehensive benefits package. Advancement opportunities exist in a stable, growing industry.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B, Medical Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs with proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building relationships with customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle drum pickups.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, suggest services, and boost earnings through performance.
• Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean professionally.
