Job summary

Spec's Family Partners in Texas is seeking a route delivery driver to safely operate a box truck, load and unload cargo, and deliver goods to designated locations. You will follow routes, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate records while upholding customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of driving experience, a valid Texas license (CDL not required), and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of driving/delivery experience.
• Valid Texas Class C license (CDL not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of working weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck/tractor-trailer delivering goods.
• Load/unload cargo and verify contents against invoices.
• Follow routes/schedules and maintain delivery records.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and vehicle care.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations.
