Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Local Route Driver (CDL B or non-CDL) to join our Operations team in Mabelvale, AR. You will safely operate a company vehicle, perform local pickups and deliveries, and deliver exceptional customer service on a Monday–Friday schedule.

This role requires 1–2 years of route experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to handle materials. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in route transportation or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and regulations (DOT).
• Proven ability in customer service and verbal communication; capable of manual material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely to perform pickups and deliveries per DOT rules.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, loading, transport, and unloading with accurate paperwork.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to address service needs and uphold Iron Mountain's service standards.
