Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated CDL B Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. You will safely operate a CDL vehicle and deliver exceptional customer service on your local route.

This role requires adherence to DOT regulations, proper loading and unloading of materials, and accurate paperwork.

You will collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to maintain Iron Mountain's reputation for secure, timely service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in route transportation or similar field.
• Valid Class A/B CDL and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to lift and maneuver materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CDL vehicles safely to perform pickups and deliveries following DOT rules.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, including loading/unloading and accurate paperwork.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to meet service needs with professional conduct.
