Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is one of the largest beverage bottlers in North America. The Merchandiser role ensures stores are stocked, shelves rotated, and displays maintained to Swire’s standards, helping customers find products easily and supporting brand presence. Work schedule is 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with overtime as needed.

Pay is $18.50/hour. Candidates must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift 50 pounds, and be willing to travel across routes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
• Must be able to travel to stores within assigned routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products following first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisor and store management.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas and prepare return of credited product.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Skills
