Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure shelves at customer locations are stocked and rotated to company standards. You will maintain back rooms, manage displays, and build promotional setups while maintaining strong customer relationships in your community.

The role requires driving to stores, lifting up to 50 pounds, and weekend availability. The schedule is 6:00am - 2:30pm with possible overtime, and pay starts at $20.00+/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily using proper equipment.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using a FIFO stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisors.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
