Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record.
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience or completion of an accredited CDL school program.
• Safety-focused, maintenance-aware, and compliant with local transit rules.
• Ability to lift, climb into cabs/containers, and work outdoors.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and haul commercial roll-off containers to and from customer sites in Garner.
• Operate roll-off trucks and hydraulic equipment with precision.
• Be the face of GFL and build positive customer relationships on every run.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and mechanics to keep routes running smoothly.
