Job summary

SRS is seeking a dependable merchandiser to maintain a small branded cooler/freezer unit at a local grocery store. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling and requires a weekly store visit. Pay is $15–$18 per visit, with bi-weekly direct deposit and a consistent, recurring route.

Local candidates within 10–15 miles of the store, comfortable using a smartphone to report tasks, and seeking supplemental income (not a full-time position) will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit the store 1 time per week (based on client requirements)
• Perform bi-weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting the unit, restocking, and updating signage
• On other visits, check inventory levels and restock as needed (20 min. average)
• Verify thermostat settings are accurate per instructions
• Report service via smartphone/device the same day, including required photos
