Job summary

SRS Merchandising is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented merchandiser to maintain a small branded cooler/freezer unit at a local grocery store. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible, as-needed scheduling.

You will visit the store about once per week for bi-weekly product changeouts, restock inventory, defrost the unit, check thermostat settings, and report results via a smartphone. Pay ranges $15–$18 per visit and is paid bi-weekly; mileage is not reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor, not W-2 employment.
• Must live near the store or have business in the area.
• Pay per visit varies by client assignment.

Responsibilities

• Visit the store about once per week (based on client requirements).
• Perform bi-weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting, restocking and signage updates.
• On other visits, check inventory levels and restock as needed (20 min. average).
• Verify thermostat settings per instructions.
• Report service via smartphone the same day with required photos.
