Job summary

The N2 Company seeks a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll act as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships, and shaping content that reflects your community.

Your first months focus on territory setup and client acquisition, then you’ll own a growing asset as part of a hybrid role blending in-person engagement with a home office.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial and self-directed approach to building a local publication.
• Ability to establish and grow partnerships with business owners.
• Strong consultative sales instincts and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to operate as a local publisher and own the asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
