Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to safely delivery propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes. You’ll be the face of Ferrellgas in the community, delivering with professionalism and integrity while adhering to DOT safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements or the ability to obtain them quickly, a good driving record, and the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Local home every night.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• CDL Class A or B with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement (or ability to obtain quickly).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, or have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not required now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
