Job summary

Ferrellgas is hiring a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, businesses, and communities. You will be the face of Ferrellgas, delivering safely and professionally on local routes so you’re home every night, with hands-on training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications include a CDL, potential HAZMAT/Tanker endorsements, a current driving record, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
