Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes, with home nightly. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service as the face of Ferrellgas in communities.

Qualified candidates will hold a Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (or be able to obtain quickly) and have a good driving record. Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in all weather conditions is required.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Authorized to work in the United States; citizenship or eligible to work.
• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
