Job summary

DLM Pro in Charleston, SC is hiring for a local port container driver. You’ll earn hourly pay with home daily, a Monday–Friday schedule, and occasional Saturday work, with no-touch freight on reliable routes between port terminals and customer locations.

The role offers Hazmat delivery potential and weekend pay, plus bonuses for orientation and referrals. This position requires a Class A CDL, Hazmat endorsement, TWIC, and 6+ months container experience in the past 3 years.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat endorsement is required.
• TWIC card is required.
• Minimum 6 months of container or tanker experience in the past 3 years.
• Strong safety focus and customer service skills.
• No pets or passengers permitted.

Responsibilities

• Haul loaded and empty shipping containers between port terminals and customer locations.
• Local daily routes with Monday–Friday schedule and early start times.
• No-touch freight with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads.
• Operate day cab with container chassis equipment.
• Occasional Saturday work may be required.
