The role involves safe vehicle operation, timely local deliveries, professional customer interaction, and maintaining plant quality during transport. Work is outdoors and requires coordination with Dispatch and Yard teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to qualify under company auto insurance standards
• Strong safety awareness and defensive driving practices
• Customer service mindset and professional communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on company vehicles
• Deliver local customer orders to business, residential, and construction sites
• Confirm delivery timing and maintain professional communication with customers
• Assist with safe unloading of plant material as needed
• Ensure loads are secure and properly staged
• Support yard cleanliness and organization
• Assist with plant care and material handling when on-site
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance when necessary
• Assist loading teams and other departments as needed
