Job summary

Aptive Environmental is hiring a Pest Control Technician to service our Tucson area routes. You will drive a company vehicle, perform pest control treatments, and maintain records while adhering to safety regulations. Training is provided, and bonuses are awarded for performance.

This is a full-time on-road role with local travel and occasional Saturdays. Join a growing team that emphasizes accountability and customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• A US driver’s license that has been valid for at least 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past 4 years).
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers and tailor pest solutions to needs.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed.
