OPC Pest Services is hiring Pest Control Technicians to start from home and service residential and commercial customers across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. You will drive a company vehicle, manage your route independently, and build lasting relationships with customers while delivering effective pest control solutions.

No pest control experience is required as training is provided; strong work ethic and customer focus are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass criminal history background check, drug screen.
• No pest control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Manage your route efficiently and independently.
• Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
• Maintain service documentation and reports.
