Job summary

OPC Pest Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician to operate in the Milwaukee area, starting from home with a company-provided vehicle to service residential and commercial customers. No pest control experience is required; we provide training, tools, vehicle, and support.

You will work independently to build relationships in the community and maintain service documentation, with the potential to earn $60,000 to $80,000+ annually through base pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
• Must pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Manage your route efficiently and independently.
• Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
• Maintain service documentation and reports.
• Work closely with office staff to ensure excellent customer service.
