Job summary

OPC Pest Services in Illinois is seeking driven individuals to join our local team as full-time pest management professionals. You will start from home, work with a company vehicle, and service residential and commercial customers while building your route.

No prior pest control experience is required; we provide training, support, and ongoing development. You’ll earn a starting training wage of $25 per hour, with uncapped commissions that can push annual earnings toward $60,000–$80,000 or more.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience necessary.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
• Work with a team to install home encapsulation pest management solutions.
• Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Manage your route efficiently and independently.
• Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
• Maintain service documentation and reports.
• Work closely with office staff to ensure excellent customer service.
