Job summary

Southern States Toyotalift is seeking a Parts Associate to support internal and external customers with parts and accessories. You will maintain consignment inventories, perform weekly customer visits, and ensure timely deliveries and stock replenishment.

The role involves forklift operation after safety training and regular collaboration with the Parts Manager. Applicants should have a clean driving record, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn Toyota and Raymond Parts catalogs.
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic computer literacy and Windows XP knowledge.
• Typing 25+ words per minute and strong time management.
• Able to multi-task, stay focused, and work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving and adaptability in changing conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and operate company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer consignment inventories by tracking and replenishing parts.
• Visit customer locations weekly and perform physical counts.
• Log variances and ensure replenishment for next visit.
• Maintain consignment logs with customer data and stocking updates.
• Deliver parts in company vehicle and assist with loading/unloading.
• Prepare and provide accurate quotes and invoices for parts.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate records.
• Operate forklift after safety training certification.
• Support technicians with parts replenishment and deliveries.
• Assist with occasional on-site duties such as packaging, displays, or counts.
