Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Business Development Partner to drive consignor acquisition through local partnerships, events, and community outreach in the Chicago area. You will grow TRR brand awareness and customer loyalty by engaging local businesses, influencers, and philanthropic organizations to generate new consignors.

You will plan and execute events, manage a quarterly budget, and work with the retail team to maximize ROI while traveling up to 75% within the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, grassroots marketing, or community outreach.
• Willing to relocate to the market area as needed.
• Proven track record of meeting unit and New Consignor goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster local partnerships with brands, orgs, and influencers to recruit consignors.
• Plan and execute community events to increase supply and brand awareness.
• Leverage social platforms to grow local brand engagement and topics.
• Manage quarterly budget and achieve ROI and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with retail teams to promote upcoming events.
