Job summary

Convivial Brands is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to support store presentations in Sugar Land, TX and nearby locations. This entry-level role focuses on stocking products, aligning fixtures with planograms, and preparing seasonal transitions.

You will travel between assigned stores, use a smart device to submit photos and data, and maintain professional relationships with store staff. The schedule is flexible, training is provided, must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent certification
• Smart device required and ability to use apps
• Active email that is regularly checked
• Prior retail experience is ideal but not required
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reviews and ensures fixtures align with planograms and initiates reorders as needed
• Assemble and set up store fixtures and displays per planograms
• Manage credits/returns for out-of-date products and seasonal transitions
• Use technology to collect data during store visits and submit photos
• Maintain relationships with store management
• Keep assigned stores stocked and displays organized, dust-free
• Oversee inventory and condition of fixtures and materials
• Prioritize workloads based on store assignments
• Represent Convivial Brands professionally
• Perform other duties as assigned
