Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters to keep communities clean and safe. You work independently across nearby properties with a daytime schedule and 10-15+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Own/open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of towing a trailer.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app.
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming
• Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors
