Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, rolls, muffins, cookies, pies, cakes, doughnuts and other pastries according to recipes.
• Review production schedules and assemble supplies for daily baking activities.
• Maintain cost records, waste logs, and batch sizes for recipes.
