Casago in Port Aransas, TX, is seeking a Local Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of properties and drive operational excellence. You will coach a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain property standards while coordinating with owners and the local office.

The role requires strong communication, hands‑on problem solving, and the ability to travel between worksites. A background in hospitality and supervisory experience are preferred, with related benefits and a car allowance offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• 1‑2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping and maintenance highly preferred.
• Prior experience in supervisory or management‑level positions in a similar industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑ones and annual evaluations for professional growth.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow of properties to optimize productivity.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Provide cross‑coverage for team and management when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls and tickets.
• Develop relationships with property owners and become the subject matter expert on their properties.
