Ryder is hiring a NON CDL Truck Driver in Portland, ME for a local home daily route. This position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits after 30 days, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Start time 9:00 PM with a 5-day workweek, 40-45 hours weekly, and a $22.50 per hour wage plus a $500 sign-on bonus at 30 days and another $500 at 90 days. Paid training and full company support help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Must have verifiable driving experience in like equipment (box truck).
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification (last 3 years).
• Pass a DOT physical and a Ryder road test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow written/oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

• Safely drive a vehicle and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in loading/unloading freight as needed.
• Support in meeting route and schedule commitments with customer service focus.
• Adhere to applicable federal/state laws and company guidelines.
