Job summary

Northview Bank in Park Rapids is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to help individuals achieve their homeownership goals. With a focus on local lending decisions, you will maintain customer relationships and participate in community events.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or business and relevant lending experience. Compensation includes a competitive base wage plus commission, alongside comprehensive benefits such as health insurance and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, or equivalent financial institution job experience.
• Lending experience, including real estate.
• Ability to be NMLS registered, licensed and qualified.

Responsibilities

• Soliciting, developing and maintaining relationships with loan customers.
• Completing tasks related to loan origination, from application to loan closing.
• Representing the bank through active participation in community events.
