Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a dependable driver to support healthcare routes in Sturtevant, WI. This role offers consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work that helps hospitals and healthcare professionals every day.

You’ll collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers, deliver top‑tier customer service, and perform pre‑trip inspections plus DOT logging. A valid license, clean driving record, and DOT medical card are required, with 1st shift hours of 5 AM

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
