Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a dependable Class B Driver to support healthcare routes in Sturtevant, WI. The role offers daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work for hospitals and healthcare professionals.

You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers with top-tier customer service along your route, handling up to 26' box trucks and maintaining DOT compliance. This full-time role includes a $3K sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL or valid driver7s license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26t box trucks
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
• Confidence completing Level 1 DOT road checks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26t box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting)
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
