Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a dependable Class B Driver to support healthcare routes in Sturtevant, WI. The role offers consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work serving hospitals and healthcare professionals.

You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top‑tier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route, with 5 AM to 3 PM shifts on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Ability to pass Level 1–3 DOT checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and tenure with past employers.

What will your job involve?

Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & Customer‑Facing Work

• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

What are we looking for?

• Valid Class B CDL or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
• Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude
