Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Patient Service Technician – Local Delivery Driver to deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patients’ homes, providing hands-on support and education. You’ll also troubleshoot equipment and maintain safety standards while documenting visits.

Candidates should be able to communicate in English, manage multiple tasks, and work well in a team. Local routes keep you home daily and offer mission-driven work within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications a plus.
• Education and/or experience demonstrating knowledge to perform essential functions.
• Ability to learn and follow safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and safety.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports on time.
• Keep assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service.
• Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
