Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Technician – Local Delivery Driver to deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patients’ homes. You will educate patients, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

The role features local routes with home daily, a focus on compassionate patient care, and on-call rotation requirements to cover after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• Background check will be conducted as part of the application process.
• Drug screen may be required for certain positions.
• Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and safety.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports on time.
• Keep company vehicle clean and ready for service.
• Respond to on-call rotations and urgent equipment needs.
• Comply with safety protocols and company standards.
