Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Patient Service Technician to deliver and set up respiratory and durable medical equipment for patients in the local community. You’ll educate patients and caregivers, ensure proper device function, and maintain equipment safety in patients’ homes.

Role includes on-call rotations, documentation, and staying compliant with safety standards. A valid license and clean driving record are required; on-call duties may include after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Background check required company-wide
• Drug screen where applicable
• Compliance with credentialing process when applicable
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and safety
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports on time
• Be home daily with local routes and on-call rotations
