Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver and set up respiratory and durable medical equipment in patients’ homes within the local area.

You will educate patients and caregivers, troubleshoot equipment, and complete delivery documentation daily. This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift heavy loads while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screen as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with clean driving record.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment at patients’ homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and ensure proper function of equipment.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports on time.
• Drive local routes and respond to urgent equipment needs as assigned.
• Operate in compliance with safety protocols.
