Job summary

Lakeside Orthodontics is seeking a Local Marketing Liaison to join our growing team in Minnesota. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving patient referrals, and supporting local clinic marketing and community programs.

You will engage with healthcare professionals, coordinate events, and help manage digital advertising efforts to attract new patients while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships. Salary offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Minimum of one year of outside business-to-business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record; two years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming new patient leads in a timely manner.
• Oversee referring doctor relationships and monthly gifting.
• Assist digital content for social media platforms.
• Coordinate community event preparation and execution to bring in new patients.
• Support in-office marketing by managing marketing materials inventory.
• Assist with digital advertising through paid social ads and other opportunities.

Prerequisites for success:
