Elevate your career as a Local Marketing Advisor with Good Neighbor Pharmacy (GNP) and become a key strategic partner for our Premier franchise members! In this impactful role, you will provide expert consultation on leveraging both online and offline marketing channels, with a focus on pay-per-click advertising and social media marketing. You’ll develop tailored, high-impact strategies that drive consumer awareness, boost foot traffic, and enhance revenue through OTC sales and clinical services.

Strategic Partnership: Act as the consultative partner for GNP Premier members, assessing their marketing needs and developing strategies to increase consumer awareness, engagement, and in-store traffic.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with the GNP marketing team to create relevant local marketing strategies and materials aligned with national campaigns.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with GNP program and sales teams, understanding customer objectives and ensuring a consistent experience. Onboard and train customers on tools, and educate field associates during leader meetings.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Educate pharmacies on patient engagement opportunities and recommend digital strategies. Ensure pharmacies utilize GNP marketing channels effectively, including local listings, social media, websites, review management, and PPC advertising.
Social Media Strategy: Keep up with social media trends and advise pharmacies on creating a social presence to engage patients, positioning pharmacists as trusted health advisors.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.
Education and Training: Train stakeholders on digital marketing best practices.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry challenges.
Must be willing to work extended hours and travel as needed for trade shows, conferences, meetings, and customer visits.
Work with your supervisor to identify professional development opportunities.
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; relevant experience considered.
At least five (5) years in consumer marketing, including digital and local marketing, preferably in franchise or network environments.
Proven experience in digital advertising, including Google My Business, Google Ads, PPC, and social media campaigns.
Experience in franchise or multi-location marketing is preferred; knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or independent business ownership is a plus.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Google Ads Search, Google My Business, and Analytics certifications are preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
