The role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who can translate market insights into actionable tactics, while navigating a complex regulatory and reimbursement landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-therapeutic areas.
• Strong track record in driving growth and balancing commercial with patient dynamics.
• Experience with disease management and infusion/injection therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic local market business planning and execution.
• Define local KPIs aligned with national metrics and guidelines.
• Integrate multiple therapeutic areas into a unified local market strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Champion innovation to accelerate patient access and provider engagement.
