CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide high-quality care at a medically complex residential group home in Poinciana, FL. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN positions, with a focus on keeping care close to home.

Join a supportive team and benefit from competitive pay and flexible schedules, including 12-hour night shifts. Active FL LPN license and at least 2 years of experience are preferred, with pediatric/ICU/PCU exposure considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Florida is required.
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience is preferred.
• Pediatric, ICU, or PCU experience is preferred (or ventilator/tracheostomy training with certifications).
• Experience with developmentally disabled patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily patient assessments.
• Administer medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.).
• Document patient status and report changes.
• Communicate with RNs, MDs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage ventilator care & tracheostomy suctioning.
• Perform tube feedings & disease management.
• Coordinate and oversee patient medical appointments.
