CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide care at a medically complex residential group home in Poinciana, FL. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN LPN openings are available.

You will conduct daily patient assessments, administer medications, document status, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure top-quality patient care close to home. We offer 12-hour day and night shifts, flexible schedules, and a supportive, compassionate team.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
• Pediatric, ICU or PCU experience preferred (or ventilator/tracheostomy training)
• Experience with developmentally disabled patients a plus

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily patient assessments
• Administer medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
• Document patient status and report changes
• Communicate with RNs, MDs and other healthcare professionals
• Manage ventilator care & tracheostomy suctioning
• Perform tube feedings & disease management
• Coordinate and oversee patient medical appointments
