No prior insurance experience is required; we provide structured virtual instruction, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing support for representatives who are willing to learn, follow the system, and work consistently.

As an independent contractor, you will work mostly in the field with local clients and some remote work.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor (1099) role.
• Commission-only; no base salary or hourly wage.
• First-year earnings potential: $80,000–$120,000+ for full-time reps.
• Leads are provided initially; reps manage their own leads later.
• Licensing requirements and any personal costs explained before onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess insurance needs.
• Explain life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and comply with carrier requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training and team accountability.
