Job summary

Titan Electrical LLC in Yakima, WA is seeking full-time Journey-Level Electricians to support commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects. You must hold a WA EL01 license and reside within 40 miles of Yakima; strong NEC knowledge and a safety mindset are essential.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing and maintaining electrical systems, and mentoring apprentices on active jobsites. Company provides tools, PPE, and benefits.

Qualifications

• WA EL01 Journey-Level Electrician license required.
• Minimum 2 years of Journey-Level Electrician experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-first environment.
• Excellent communication on active jobsites.
• Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Clean driving record; reside within 40 miles of Yakima.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level electrical work in compliance with NEC, WAC, and AHJ requirements.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and agricultural environments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
• Bend and install conduit to required sizes and types.
• Pull and terminate conductors up to 750 kcmil.
• Perform motor wiring and motor control installations.
• Test electrical systems for proper operation and safety.
• Inspect components like transformers and circuit breakers.
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions using appropriate test equipment.
• Train apprentices and teammates in a collaborative, ego-free environment.
• Follow safety policies and site rules, and track time accurately.
