• Train apprentices and teammates in a collaborative, ego-free environment.
• Follow safety policies and site rules, and track time accurately.

Full-Time Journey-Level 01 Electrician

Titan Electrical LLC is seeking full-time Journey-Level 01 Electricians for ongoing projects in Central Washington. We are only interviewing candidates who live within 40 miles of our Yakima office to ensure reliable commuting and team consistency.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level electrical work in compliance with NEC, WAC, and AHJ requirements
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and agricultural environments
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
• Bend and install conduit including EMT, RMC, and OCAL / Rob Roy up to 4"
• Pull and terminate conductors up to 750 kcmil
• Perform motor wiring and motor control installations
• Test electrical systems, circuits, and equipment for proper operation
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers
• Diagnose and correct system malfunctions using appropriate test equipment
• Train and support apprentices and team members in a collaborative, ego-free environment
• Follow Titan Electrical safety policies, Accident Prevention Plan, and all site-specific rules
• Accurately track and report time worked each day

Experience and Qualifications

• Valid Washington State EL01 Journey-Level Electrician license
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Journey-Level Electrician
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a supportive, team-first collaborator
• Strong communication and professionalism on active jobsites
• Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
• Clean driving record
• Must reside within 40 miles of Yakima

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at $50.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 90 days, additional weeks at 5 and 10 years of employment
